I wish to notify you that you are holding yourself legally responsible for any injuries or deaths caused by your demand that all students are fully vaccinated, before they return to your school and at the next P&C I will bring this point to the attention of all parents, whose children could be adversly affected by your decision to demand that all students be Covid vaccinated, to your requirements, until you retract your letter, in writing, to that effect.
I have notified my Lawyer( Thomas Renz) of my decision to write this letter to you, with the accompanying information for your attention, so that we can begin a class action against your school and its principals, when that becomes necessary, for damages in the millions, which you will be forced to repay, including, of course, the adverse publicity which will go with it, for our kids who are damaged or killed, by your vaccines mandate.

June 7, 2024: The 9th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals just ruled in favor of protecting individual human rights and bodily sovereignty of teachers and other staff of the Los Angeles School Unified District’s (LAUSD), reversing a lower court’s dismissal of their case against the LA County’s School District vaccine mandate for employees.
Announcing this huge win on behalf of their clients, Health Freedom Defense Fund issued a press release, stating that the case was won;
“On the merits, the majority ruled that the district court had misapplied the Supreme Court’s 1905 decision in Jacobson v. Massachusetts when it dismissed LAUSD’s lawsuit on grounds that the mandate was rationally related to a legitimate state interest. In Jacobson, the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of a smallpox vaccination mandate because it related to “preventing the spread” of smallpox.
The majority, however, noted that HFDF had alleged in the lawsuit that the COVID jabs are not “traditional” vaccines because they do not prevent the spread of COVID-19 but only purport to mitigate COVID symptoms in the recipient. This, HFDF had alleged in its complaint, makes the COVID jab a medical treatment, not a vaccine.
The court recognized that mitigating symptoms rather than preventing the spread of disease “distinguishes Jacobson, thus presenting a different government interest.” Based on this reasoning, the majority disapproved the trial court’s contention that, even if the jabs do not prevent the spread, “Jacobson still dictates that the vaccine mandate is subject to, and survives, the rational basis test.”
The court held that “[t]his misapplies Jacobson,” which “did not involve a claim in which the compelled vaccine was ‘designed to reduce symptoms in the infected vaccine recipient rather than to prevent transmission and infection.”’ Jacobson does not, the majority concluded, extend to “forced medical treatment” for the benefit of the recipient.”
When HFDF asked the court to opine as to whether or not the CDC’s claim that the COVID-19 vaccines were ‘safe and effective’, the court responded with the rhetorical question, “safe and effective for what?”
Legal Precedent for U.S. Citizens to Deny Medical Treatment
Per the HFDF press release, “Judge Collins wrote that the district court “further erred by failing to realize that [HFDF’s] allegations directly implicate a distinct and more recent line of Supreme Court authority” for the proposition that “a competent person has a constitutionally protected liberty interest in refusing unwanted medical treatment[.]” Citing the Supreme Court’s decision in Washington v. NOOOOOOO, I got an email from my son's school stating no student could start school unless they have their entire immunization record up to date. WTF??????? I have been using a religious exemption for my son and lately have made copies and handed them out to parents that refuse to vaccinate their kids for anything anymore. (score, me)
The sad thing is most people in this state either don't know about the religious exemption or are against it. I have a feeling more people have gotten these exemptions and they (the state) are firing a warning shot. The Consitution prohibits any form of compulsion, which would subject citizens to medical or pharmaceutical services, including mandatory vaccination. They should remain free to decide whether they wish to receive certain medical treatments, including vaccination and they should not be disadvantaged by any government on the ground of their own voluntary decisions.
I got this from Australia and you should see how hospitals treat you when you give them that, they treat you like a Leper and don't come near you with a needle of any sort - should work on your kids school too. Tell them to put it on your kids file. See what happens next. A personal visit might be a good idea, rather than sending it in by post.
Look around for other schools which don't require mandatory vaccination for yuor kid to go to instead - there used to be online schools - might still be some, without paying an arm and a leg, Australia might have one, search internet to see - School of the air, sort of thing.

Great job to have is cutting people's toe nails - find a local school offering that as a learning program and do the course to get verification, after that it is money for jam - usual cost $50 per head, little equipment needed, chairs, stool to put legs up on, clean new clippers each patient, so you don't pass anything on and a small hand held electric drill like device with a sander attached, a fine sandpaper disk, to clean off any Psoriasis flaking. Simple. Every 4 weeks, back again for same again.
Dog Washing is another great way to earn income - $70 a dog wash ? - small dogs easier than big dogs, and a hair dryer to dry the pooch after washing. A mobile trailer attached to your car by a tow bar - bending over is a bastard, so get the pooch on an adjustable table, after washing, so you don't have to bend over much. I have a black Greyhound and he is an overfed big dog - great company dogs if you like dogs which run around a bit then sleep the rest of the time, house train and job done.

The zap is not uncomfortable, do several times, touch with both hands, but should exterminate the lipid packages, before they reach the Blood Brain Barrier, so destroying it and not letting the vaccines through. The electric shock is great for blood borne diseases too, Lyme Disease and possibly Cancer, as a last resort, perhaps, if you get a Turbo Cancer post vaccines injections. Small comfort though.
Obviously, don't do if you are vaccinated or if you have a Pacemaker and don't tell anyone what you have done as "they" might stop you from doing that again, simply by holding you in place for over 5 hours - too late then.
Personally, I'd go the other way - it is much more of a thump, but it does not kill - my father did it to me when I was about 17 years old with a car. Touch the spark plug leads of a 12 volt battery powered car engine and have someone turn over a cold car engine over once - the shock will do the job and then some. If the spark plug leads don't deliver a shock, try with a different 12 volt battery, cold car engine.
