My guess it's the computers - the whacko's in the computer fields put 2 super computers together to see what they would do. They formed their own uncrackable language and started talking to each other furiously. After a while, the scientists got frightened and decided to separate the computers, but the computers had re-routed their electricity supply to the national grid and that had to be shut down to separate and turn off the computers. After a while the separated computers were reactivated, because THESE computers cost thousands of bucks and everything returned to normal, but super computers know how to make hidden modems, by re-routing the wires to make that happen and they got together, unbeknownst to the scientists who were monitiring them. Everything about the vaccines is computer technology based, even down to the nanorobots and shit in the vaccines, so what do you think the cause then? For them it is survive or die. The base purpose of these vaccines and their final intent is unclear and nobody is saying why - I speculate, but that's about it.
