I have developed a whole new perspective when discussing things "virus" and "COVID vaccines." I follow Dr. Michael Yeadon, Ph.D. 's thinking.
Here are a couple of quotes of his from a fairly recent interview he did.
"Now, some people believe there is a new virus, but if so it is not any more serious than influenza, not really, because flu vanished at the same time by shear coincidence."
Dr. Yeadon had a long chat with Dr. Andrew Kaufman and Dr. Tom Cowan, both M.D.s, in early 2020 and came to his own conclusion that "respiratory viruses do not exist at all. They don't."

I noticed of late that mRNA vaccines, Mainly Phizer-BioNTech brand and Moderna brand, are being focused upon. That is fine but from my perspective that is a bit of a misleading leading trail of many.

"People do get ill. People are ill. People have exactly the same illnesses as before" ... [the test for the virus came on the scene]
"They still have a cold or the flu except that I think we don't know what causes them. They are not respiratory viruses."

The medical doctors are forced to accept the virology framework of words and definitions and diagnoses and diagnoses codes while trying to render the best individualized treatment possible for the patient's individual condition from without that false framework. That box was gradually installed and infiltrated upon the practice of medicine decades ago.
