If Windows, download and install Deep Freeze or CryptDrive which you can find on https://wjungle.net/index.php but you have to register first to get download links.
These programs freeze the Registry of your computer, as you set up your "C" Drive which contains your Operating Systyem and supporting software - you have to Partition your Hard Drive to create a "D" Partition which you download everything incoming to - then when you freeze "C" and you reboot or pull the power plug, your computer reboots as you originally set it up, before freezing the Registry and everything downloaded to "C" like malware, gets wiped, as if it never appeared in the first place.
After installing, off line, question Firewall, Add or Remove programs and untick all programs which can connect to the internet, which you don't recognize, including Deep Freeze or CryptFile, so they can't connect to the internet, when you are online, either.
